2.2 Google Calendar Integration

When you choose to connect your Google Calendar to Lead360, we collect and access the following calendar information with your explicit permission:

  • Calendar Events: We read your calendar events to check availability and prevent double-bookings when scheduling appointments.
  • Event Creation: We create calendar events when appointments are booked through our AI assistant or manual scheduling tools.
  • Event Updates: We update calendar events when appointments are rescheduled or modified within Lead360.
  • Event Deletion: We delete calendar events when appointments are cancelled in the system.

How we use your calendar data:

  • Schedule customer appointments automatically through our AI phone assistant
  • Send appointment reminders to customers via SMS or email
  • Coordinate team schedules and resource allocation
  • Sync project milestones, site visits, and deadlines
  • Prevent scheduling conflicts and double-bookings

Important: We only access the calendars you explicitly authorize. Your calendar data is never sold, shared with third parties for marketing purposes, or used for any purpose other than providing scheduling functionality within Lead360. You can revoke calendar access at any time through your Google Account settings or by disconnecting the integration within Lead360.

When you use our Services, we automatically collect certain information, including:

  • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our Services, including features used, pages viewed, and actions taken.

Google Calendar Data Sharing: We do not share your Google Calendar data with any third parties except as necessary to provide the calendar integration service (e.g., communication with Google's servers). Calendar data is never sold, used for advertising, or shared for marketing purposes.

  • Delete Data: When you disconnect the integration, we will delete all cached calendar data within 30 days.
  • Review Permissions: You can review and modify the specific calendar permissions granted to Lead360 at any time.

9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

Google Calendar Integration

Lead360's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

  • Calendar data is not sold to third parties
  • Calendar data is not used for creditworthiness determination or lending purposes
